Time per Person: 4.5 hours (for their 6 sessions) Total Cumulative Time: 54 total hours of total session work Total Overall Hours: 4.5 A standard live or televised lottery dra wing typically lasts between 1 and 3 minutes (usually averaging around 60 to 90 seconds. Identifying the Time-Line In a standard televised lottery drawing, it takes an average of 5 to 10 seconds for each subsequent ball to drop. Simply put, you print out the below time-line chart and write the date and name of the lottery drawing and the ball number. Each new session a new graph is used and a different number used and a new PSI Chip activation takes place. As the PSI Chip is activated the line is drawn and where the line drops is the time-stamp along the lottery time-line that would be used. If the line did not drop or show a decline during the session, then that number would not be drawn and you would move onto the next number and so on. Click here for the printable version The best way to do this would be to print the graph out on a longer than average sheet of paper so that you have generous time plotting of the time-line between each second. Daily state-run "Pick 3" or "Digit" games—such as Japan's Numbers 3 or the US Pick 3—use the smallest number selection range worldwide by requiring players to pick just three digits from 0 to 9. The above information is only a hypothesis, and is yet to be tested and verified. Sporting Events There are sports events where you have between 2 and 4 opponents sporting off against each other.  To use the PSI Chips for this two to four PSI Chip sessions are activated separately one after the other on the same day 8 to 12 hours before the event begins. The below image shows an example of the procedure used. Knowing the start and end time of the race, as you activate the PSI Chip, when the line has been drawn you record it for each session. At the end of both sessions (or 4 sessions) the shortest line gives the time that the person ended the race. Hence finding the winner is simply a matter of interpreting which line is shortest.
