Research
by Dr. Dean Radin discovered that certain people are more psychic
compared to other people due to a specific genome. It is my hypothesis
that each one of us carries this gene to some
degree, but is more active in certain people. I hypothesize that
this gene undergoes a 30 day circadian rhythm that syncs up with
specific lunar phases, allowing it to become more active at these
phases. This is why the research shows that people who are new to
remote viewing do so well remote viewing the stock market, but their
accuracy goes into major decline if they continue on doing session
after session.

Circannual Rhythmic Peaks
There are 2 peaks
that occur in human intuition every 24 hours
The first is 13:30 LST and the second at 21:00 LST. The yearly
circannual
rhythm takes place at dawn about 1.5 hours before 13:30 LST, with the
second about 1.5 hours before 22:00 LST, with peak accuracy occuring at
12 p.m. noon and around sunrise. These are the key times that
ARV sessions gain 100% accuracy using the PSI Chip technology. I have
also noted over the years that when the time-gateway date occurs during
these times, there is always a pleasant change in the weather
accompanying these
