Time is frequency.
Frequency is never a constant and always experiences periods of
interference of one kind or another. Our data output is
always 100% when there is little
to no interference. We have identified that this
interference
comes from solar and extragalactic activity. Extreme accuracy always
occurs when low interference is associated with an increase in cosmic
ray activity. Interference occurs most often when 2mev levels are higher, especially when activity
first begins. During this first period of disturbance, there is much
more emotional stress present and this can

disturbance It
