The PSI Chips act as a conduit for neutrinos. This flow of neutrinos, combined with the technique, creates  a wider space, or widening of the natural portals that occur in nature during Time-Gate week. This also means the reverse is true. To access the past, the PSI Chips may be able to create an energetic imprint or detect  specific particles that can be tuned into from the future. However in this project at this present time we are only focusing on  retrieving information from the future.
