Professor Steve Hawking and colleagues state information may be preserved at "soft hairs" that hypothetically exist at edges of black holes. Hawking also stated objects that fall into black holes may end up in another universe. Quote:

An Interpretation of the Fields of Force and How they are Utilized in Culture and for ARV accuracy

We exist in an energy field that is not only terrestrial in nature, but also extraterrestrial.  These fields co-exist with one another. 

Field 1 - Terrestrial in nature and surrounds earth.

Field 2 - Extragalactic in nature and surrounds / emanates from the center of the Milky Way Galaxy.

Conductivity
All fields of energy contain an element of conductivity, including electrical fields.  The conductivity of this energy field varies due to specific cycles which Dr. Townsend Brown discovered.  One of these cycles appears to peak at 13:30LST, which is the time that precognition accuracy peaks. These cycles he and others discovered can be read in his research papers located at:

The conductivity of these energy fields has cycles which waxes and wanes like the moon. When the cycle peaks, conductivity is maximized.

What is Conductivity?
In this context, I am referring to conductivity in the context where intention and non-local effects (action at a distance) is much smoother or there is less resistance (an enhanced ability to focus and concentrate) to carry out a task, especially a future task is much easier.  It is my hypothesis that this energy flows from the center of the Milky Way. Indeed research has found that a low frequency magnetic field comes from this region of the galaxy (The Strength and Structure of the Galactic Center Magnetic Field). It is this field of energy that fuels our intentions. As it heads towards earth, the fields of energy interact with the moon.  Around a full moon, when earth is in the moon's Magnetotail,which is a region of extremly electrostatic charges, the energy fields become amplified.  

It may be that collective consciousness emerges from the Galactic Center and that during stronger periods of conductivity, the unconsciousness connection between humanity and creativity becomes stronger.  Hence when one observes an event, especially a future event, it affects the global whole.  Hence, the saying, "there cannot be true peace on Earth until there is peace in the hearts of everyone around us". The enhanced conductivity carries with it new higher frequencies. 

Earth's terrestrial energy field can be tapped into to cause local changes.  This has been proven experimentally where meditators reduced crime in Washington, D.C. (Washington crime reduced by 23% by TM group in four weeks).  I show in my latest book on remote viewing An Introduction to Remote Viewing the FOREX. Schumann Resonance Coherence Secrets.that the meditation took place during times that the energy field was at its peak, which caused a major success in the meditations. 

A disturbed magnetometer is affecting pineal gland production, reducing the production of melatonin and disrupting the body's circadian rhythms. Electromagnetic fields have been found to disrupt pineal gland activity. The pineal gland produces melatonin in the human body.Because research has proven that the mind can affect a magnetometer through sheer observation / intent, even when it has had some of the most powerful shielding ever developed, as shown in this Stanford PK Experiment which utilized a magnetometer constructed with superconducting materials. The experiment proves that intention does not cause change, but only observing via a remote viewing session caused the magnetometer to change.Hence, the closest thing to "protection" from magnetometers would be to wait until the disturbances pass, then use a method to help the body quickly recover from melatonin changes and a disturbed circadian rhythm after disturbances in magnetometer have ceased.This could explain where spurts of creativity come from as intuition and creativity are closely linked, as this published research article shows. Indeed an Internet search with the terms creativity + full moon yields numerous associations with creativity and the full moon.

Tapping into the Conductivity Flow
The ARV device is mostly composed of superconductive materials. When one uses the device, it is amplifying the conductivity of the galactic energy fields. In December 2008 it was confirmed by German scientists that the Galactic Center consists of a supermassive black hole, as is most likely with the center of most galaxies.Hence it is acting as a focal tool for intention, amplifying the intention & effects of non-locality. Hence utilizing the device when these energy fields are at low levels will not generate accurate results because all it is doing is tapping into and amplifying terrestrial conductivity occurring in earth's terrestrial energy fields. Part proof of concept of this is that ARV sessions are usually inaccurate when earth's magnetometer is disturbed and superconducting films consisting of yttrium-barium-copper oxide are now used to make magnetometers that are extremely sensitive. 

The ARV device also relies heavily on the metal Tungsten, with the second generation device utilizing platinium and rare earth materials.  It is extremely interesting to note that Dr. Townsend Brown discovered that the metal Tungsten exhibited the most profound effects when he used it to map / detect the energy that was emanating from the center of the Milky Way Galaxy.  You can read about this in more detail here. The ARV device, especially the first stage generation device, heavily utilized rare earths / metals, which Townsend Brown discovered exhibited strong anti-gravity effects, in that they actually weighed much less than they should have. He makes special note of the rare earth Ytterbium which exhibited an anomaly of being 59% lighter than normal. Hence gravity is related to space  /  time. Another example of how these energy fields affect and display changes is the large change in random number generator activity a few minutes just BEFORE the 911 terrorist attacks. 

Magnetometers and Collective Human Emotion

Data from the magnetometers on two satellites revealed a large shift occurred in the earth's geomagnetic field at the same time as the 911 terrorist attacks. A significant difference exists in the fields in the days before and after the attacks.

Summary - 
Conductivity of the energy fields increases when -

The moon goes from first quarter until up to 5 days after full (depending upon solar weather conditions)
 
During the seasonal 13:30LST peak which in the northern hemisphere takes place during springtime at midnight  
At 13:30 h local sidereal time (LST) our planet is oriented with the Milky Way so that the galactic center is directly on the horizon. Peak psychic cognition lasts for about three and a half hours, going from 12:45 to 14:15 h LST. As the center of our galaxy moves overhead, or at our zenith, psychic abiilty drops to its lowest point, between 17.5 and 20 h.
Solar wind speed is in the 400 range or has just recently entered the 350 range (solar weather conditions permitting)

When the Schuman resonance is quiet / very calm.

The reason that a quiet Schuman resonance may forecast upcoming days of quiet magnetometer activity is because the monitoring equipment that utilizes the Schuman resonance monitoring system contains 12 magnetometers placed around the world in specific locations.

Minor Peaks of Conductivity in the Energy Fields
Minor peaks in this conductivity take place at 13:30 LST on a daily basis.  This is a time that the galactic center is rising in the east. The galactic center can be found by locating the star Antares, which is about two fists to the left of the galactic center.  Indeed during spring (March 18th of each year) at midnight (THE 13:30LST peak), Antares is rising in the east.  Hence earth is in the galactic center's Magnetotail, around midnight this time of year when ARV accuracy peaks.  

When we look at what time the exact center of our Galaxy is on the horizon, rising in the east, we see that at midnight on April 22nd it occurs at 13:30LST. The seasonal 13:30LST peak calendar explains this in further detail

What is interesting is that the constellation saggitarius is very close to the galactic center (center of the Milky Way galaxy). A research study examined over 1 million people regarding their date of birth in relation to their lifespan. The study discovered that the majority of people born from October to December lived longer on average compared to people born in spring (April–June) (Lifespan depends on month of birth Gabriele Doblhammer and James W. Vaupel. Et al. Feb 2001). December happens to be the month that the sun aligns with the constellation Sagittarius.

Additional peak periods when the energy fields become stimulated

When barometric air pressure has peaked and is headed downwards. 

A quiet / calm magnetometer (can be slightly disturbed around the full moon or during the 13:30 LST seasonal peak, as it will not negatively impact ARV accuracy) 

Anything else not in the above variables is when the overall terrestrial energy field is low.

Additional Notes
Because intention / information is received from the galactic center, during the full moon phase a slightly disturbed magnetometer is okay as the energies from the moons Magnetotail act as a shield / reduce interference. Slightly more concentration & effort is requited outside of full moon zones and seasonal LST peak when an ARV session is conducted.  

Summary / Additional Information
Times when the magnetometer becomes disturbed is usually a result of stronger geomagnetic activity.  Melatonin synthesis as well as production has been found to be disrupted during above average geomagnetic activity, as well as by magnetic fields.

And in the Stargate SG1 episode titled: 2010, a team member sends a message to their past at the exact time of a solar flare, And in Stargate SG1, Season 2, Episode 21 1969, the team enters the stargate at the exact moment of a solar flare which caused them to time travel into the past.  The use the same technique to travel back to their present.

Another interesting fact is that ARV sessions are most accurate when solar flares are occurring as our research has shownThis means that solar ionization effects may be playing a role. What is extremely interesting is that flares have been observed at the galactic center.

Exploiting the Gaps in Space Time

It is my hypotheis that time is not linear or smooth flowing, but instead exhibits "gaps" or "breaks" in it, which occur more often during periods of favorable solar weather. In other words these gaps are more "stretchable" during specific time periods.  It is these gaps that cause changes in electrical resistance, of which T. Brown discovered.  I believe these "gaps" are wider during 13:30LST, due to the influence of the center of the Milky Way being on the horizon. T. Brown plotted these gaps for years and found that they occured at specific times of the day. His research can be found here. In my latest remote viewing book titled: Enhance Your Remote Viewing using the Full Moon and Heart Rate Variability, I show research studies confirming that the brain also has "gaps" in its electrical signals.  Heart rate variability (HRV) is a method for assessing the effects of stress on the body. It is measured as the time gap between heart beats.

The First Quarter Moon
Research over the years shows remarkable success in ARV sessions during the First Quarter Moon.

During the moon’s quarter phases gravitational forces of the sun and the moon are at work at right angles in respect to earth, Hence a smaller difference between high and low tides occurs known as a neap tide (Morgan 2001). Earth's magnetic equator is where the magnetic field is parallel to the earth’s surface.  

It is itneresting to note that Tablet X the key of time, which studies the mystery of time states the following - 

Oft did I ponder the words of the DWELLER. Then sought I to solve the mystery of time. Found I that time moves through strange angles. Yet only by curves could I hope to attain the key that would give me access to the time-space.
Found I that only by moving upward and yet again by moving to right-ward could I be free from the time of the movement. This sounds a lot like 90 degree right angles.   

At first quarter moon earth is at 90 degrees to sun and moon. For example during sunset, the first quarter moon is exactly above us in the evening sky (zenith) and the sun is setting in the west.  In North America, during a full moon in spring at midnight (northern hemisphere) the moon is directly overhead and 13:30LST is rising in east. This puts the viewer at 90 degrees to the moon and 13:30LST in the east during midnight in spring, a time ARV session accuracy is at a seassonal high.
